Priority enrolment of all DEAF, Inc. Schools are deaf students. Hearing students may be accommodated provided they are either a sibling or a close relative of a deaf students. Tuition fees are free but students agree to share in the food and accommodation expense throughout the school year.

Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Programs

DEAF, Inc. CBR Programs are designed for the equipping of communities where deaf individuals are present. The organization believes that communities that are better informed about the special needs of the deaf can better manage the interaction with them. Most of the CBR Programs are implemented in partnership with different LGUs, non-profit organizations, churches, and other private groups.
